Basic rates, if available, include unlimited mileage, mandatory public liability insurance, fire insurance, and the value added tax.
Inclusive rates include unlimited mileage, mandatory public liability insurance, fire insurance, optional collision damage waiver insurance (CDW), optional theft insurance, and the value added tax.
Rates include the mandatory surcharge for rentals commencing at airports and rail stations.
Rates do not include any road fees which are paid locally.
Discounts apply to time and mileage charges only. All rates shown on this site are guaranteed in the currency shown at the time of quoting.
BASIC RATES INCLUDES:
- Sales tax as of Booking Date.
- Unlimited mileage and fire insurance.
- Liability Insurance for injuries or damages to persons or things outside the vehicle.
- Airport Surcharge for rentals commencing at airport locations. Vehicle License Fee.
BASIC RATES DOES NOT INCLUDE:
- Rental excludes Collision Damage Waiver. Rental excludes Theft Protection we advise you to contact your credit card company for coverage.
- Insurance coverage for personal injuries to driver or passengers, or for damages to vehicle. Optional coverage may be offered locally for an additional fee.
- Local toll, highway fees, or travel stickers required by local authorities.
GENERAL TERMS:
Coverage is provided by the rental company as indicated. Additional coverage may be available for purchase from the rental company. Insurance does not provide coverage for damage to windows, tires, roof, underside or interior of the vehicle.
- The local supplier will require a security deposit to be blocked on the primary drivers credit card for the duration of the rental. Drivers license must be held for a minimum of 2 years (some exceptions may apply).
- Optional items (ie: luggage rack, child seats, etc.) are on a request basis only, for an additional fee. Winter tires are not standard equipment and must be specially requested at an additional cost.
- Drop off charges, if applicable, are estimates only, and may change without notice. Debit cards are NOT accepted locally.
- The rental invoice may only show the balance due on delivery. This assures that you will not pay unnecessary surcharges.
- Minimum driver age 19.
- An International Drivers license is strongly recommended. Additional drivers sign on and pay locally.
- Kemwel strongly advises client to check if car is DIESEL or REGULAR GASOLINE at pick up .
- All rentals are based on 24 hour periods with a 1 day minimum rental, a full day is charged for any portion of a day that the vehicle is used.
- 5, 6 & 7 day rentals constitute a weekly rate, any rental duration longer or shorter than 5-7 days is calculated on a daily basis.
- Cars are not permitted to travel into Eastern Europe or any African country (i.e. Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, etc.).
- Vehicles may not travel on ferries and/or to Island locations without pre-approval.
